Shipping Information

All products are shipped from New York, USA.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We ship Monday–Friday via UPS for all standard domestic orders. USPS will only be used for PO box addresses and for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

Please note that deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska may take additional transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Note: During peak holiday periods (e.g., Black Friday through Christmas), processing may take an additional 1–10 business days.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Regular Shipping (U.S. Orders)

Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $12. All regular domestic shipments are sent via UPS Ground, except for PO box addresses and orders to Hawaii or Alaska, which will be shipped via USPS.

Estimated delivery is typically within 3–7 business days from the date of shipment, excluding processing time. Additional time may be required for Hawaii and Alaska.

Fast Shipping (U.S. Orders)

Customers may choose UPS 3 Day Select at checkout for a flat rate of $19.99.

This delivery window begins once UPS takes possession of the package. Our 1–2 business day processing time still applies before shipment.

International Duties & Taxes

We do not cover duties or taxes for international shipments. Customers are responsible for any additional customs or import fees required upon delivery.

If duties and taxes are not prepaid, they may be collected at the time of delivery. For more details, please contact your local customs office or tax authority.
