Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@hozi.us.

A $8 restocking and administrative fee will be applied to all canceled orders.

Please note: Once a shipping label has been printed, we are unable to cancel the order. In this case, the order must be processed as a regular return after delivery.

Regular returns are subject to a $15 + 5% restocking and shipping fee, as outlined in our Return Policy.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from New York, USA. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Standard domestic shipping is via UPS Ground, with USPS used for PO boxes and addresses in Hawaii and Alaska. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.
