Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@hozi.us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond with return instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If you receive a defective item, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund once the issue is confirmed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Used items
- Items without tags
- International orders
Rejected items will be returned to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense. Hozi reserves the right to reject any returned product that does not comply with our return policy.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original condition (unworn and unused)
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a printed order confirmation
Returns will not be accepted if hang tags are detached.
A $15 + 5% restocking and shipping fee will be applied to all returns.
Chewing & Damage Policy
Our products are crafted with high-quality, durable materials made for everyday use. However, persistent chewing—especially by teething or untrained dogs—can damage even the toughest materials.
Items with visible chewing marks, bite damage, or signs of misuse will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We recommend supervising your dog during initial use and discouraging any chewing behavior to extend the life of the product.
Defective Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Chewing damage is not considered a defect.
All items are handmade, so a slight deviation in length (up to 1 inch or 3 cm) is considered acceptable and not a defect.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 2–4 business days, though your bank may require additional time.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us by email as soon as possible. A $8 restocking and administrative fee will apply to canceled orders.
